Our Story

From a Childhood Dream to 131 Acres of Life

Every great journey begins with a small step—or in our case, a few backyard chickens in 2013. By 2020, our family grew with the arrival of two baby goats who quite literally loved our home so much, they decided to eat the walls during a storm! That was the moment we knew we needed more space.

In the summer of 2021, we found this magical 131-acre property and officially made it ours in October. Today, The Big Green Farm is proudly owned and operated by me, Levi Bialestock alongside my daughter, Chaya. Together, we have built a fully working farm dedicated to holistic, regenerative agriculture. We focus on rebuilding the soil, nurturing the land, and creating a peaceful sanctuary where families and individuals can escape the noise, relax, and truly reconnect with nature.
